Technical work, from requirements to delivery

Paymentery is a personal technical brand. I assess what you need, choose a suitable approach, and lead the work through to the agreed result.

You might have an idea, a system that needs changing, or a problem whose cause is unclear. Start with what you want to achieve. You do not need to identify the service or technology first.

Describe your need

Where are you starting?

You need something new

A website, store, mobile app or internal system. We start by understanding its users and the tasks it needs to support.

Something needs improving

An application needs a feature, a site is slow, or an interface needs improvement and Arabic localisation.

Something needs moving or running

A website is changing hosts, an application needs deploying, or an environment needs maintenance and a recovery plan.

You are not sure what the answer involves

Describe the situation and the change you need. Any genuine technical requirement can be considered to establish whether and how it can be taken on.

Services organised around the outcome

Build a website, app or system

Websites, stores, mobile apps and business systems, with design and setup suited to their use.

Improve and connect your tools

Extend systems, connect tools, set up bots and automation, and improve or localise interfaces.

Migrate, run and maintain

Migrate websites, applications and data; prepare deployment; and arrange maintenance, backups and recovery to an agreed scope.

From a WhatsApp bot to a business system, the work starts with your requirements. The right approach may use existing software, custom development or a specialist. Scope and cost are agreed first.

How the work proceeds

Understand and assess

I review your requirement and the current situation. If a technical assessment is needed, its scope and any fee are agreed before it starts.

Agree scope and price

You receive written deliverables, timing and costs, including what is covered.

Review work as it develops

You see progress and try usable parts as they become available. Changes are discussed when they arise.

Verify and hand over

The result is checked against the agreement. Issues within that scope are corrected before the project closes.

Direct responsibility, a clear handover

You communicate with the person leading the work and making the technical decisions. If a specific part needs a specialist, I explain their involvement and retain technical responsibility and direct communication.

Handover includes the custom code, documentation and access appropriate to the project. Support after delivery is defined in the agreement, so expectations are clear.
