Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This policy explains handling of data associated with the Paymentery website, enquiries and services. Paymentery is a personal technical brand whose operator handles this data to communicate, deliver services and administer the work.
Questions and privacy requests can be sent through Contact, or the client portal when associated with an existing service. Privacy requests can also be sent to [email protected].
When you submit the contact form, the request is stored in the website database and its details are sent by email for follow-up. Receipt confirms storage of the request; the email notification may arrive separately.

Basis for handling data
Data is used for defined purposes associated with an enquiry, requested service or existing agreement, to meet applicable obligations and protect the service. Consent is requested where required; an enquiry is not treated as consent to unrelated uses.
Access during project work
For work on a system you own or administer, the required data and permissions are identified before use. You are responsible for being entitled to grant access and provide appropriate instructions concerning your system’s users.
Processing arrangements, access, handover and deletion are addressed in the project agreement according to the data involved. Access for a task does not grant a right to publish system data or use it for another purpose.
Providers and specialists
Delivery may require hosting, email, payment or technical-tool providers, or a specialist contributing to a defined part. Information made available is limited to the purpose, with appropriate confidentiality and protection obligations considered.
Disclosure may also be necessary to meet a statutory obligation or valid request from a competent authority. Client records are not displayed in published work; demonstration data is used when showing system interfaces.
Hosting and cross-border connections
Services may use hosting, email or other providers in different countries. Data-location and transfer requirements are addressed when selecting the service environment, including any applicable safeguards; using this website does not mean all processing takes place in your country.
Browser storage, tags and external services
The enquiry form retains your entries while editing the request on the page and does not save them in browser local storage. The website uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure visits and interactions, and Cloudflare Insights to measure page performance. These tools may use cookies and technical identifiers and receive information such as pages viewed, browser and device type, referral source and performance data. The client portal uses session and security cookies for sign-in and request protection. We have not added advertising tracking, remarketing or session replay.
Technical request information, including network address, request time, path and browser information, is recorded according to server configuration. The network address is also stored with enquiries to limit repeated requests and protect the form.
You can control cookies in browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in. When you open WhatsApp, an external website or a provider portal, that party’s policy also applies to the data it receives.
AI tools
AI tools may assist technical work. Any use requiring project data to be sent to an external service is assessed against the data involved, permissions, agreement and required legal basis. Self-hosting an application does not establish that all data stays on the server.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry data is retained while needed for response and follow-up. Service and payment records are retained according to the agreement and recordkeeping, claims and statutory requirements. Project-data copies follow agreed retention arrangements.
When the purpose and any statutory need end, data is deleted or made no longer attributable to individuals, as appropriate. A backup copy may remain until its retention cycle ends; deleting live data does not necessarily remove every backup immediately.
Protection
Access measures and operating configurations appropriate to the service are used. No method provides absolute protection. Data incidents are handled and required notifications made according to their nature and applicable obligations.
Your rights and requests
You can request information about how data is handled, access or a copy, correction or destruction, and withdrawal of consent where it is the basis for processing, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing carried out on a valid basis.
Information needed to verify identity and protect the data may be requested before responding. If a request cannot be fully met, the reason is explained as required. Complaints can also be raised with the competent data-protection authority through its official channels.
Contact about privacy
Send the request and any service reference through Contact or the client portal. The contact number +966569966896 can be used to ask how to submit a request; do not include sensitive data in the initial conversation.
This policy is reviewed as practices change, with material changes and any required notices or consent addressed as appropriate.
