Questions before we begin
If your question depends on your particular situation, you can send it directly.
Requirements and the working relationship
No. Describe the situation and intended outcome. Create, improve and operate are ways to organise the work, not limits on the requirements you can bring for assessment.
Yes. You can request a website, app, bot, design, integration or operating service. Feasibility and requirements are assessed before a proposal; assessment does not mean every project is accepted.
I handle communication, assessment, technical decisions and delivery leadership. Paymentery is a personal technical brand, with direct responsibility for the agreed result remaining mine.
When a defined part needs specialist skills, I explain their role and involve them. Direction, communication and responsibility stay clear, rather than leaving you to coordinate the technical work across parties.
The initial conversation to establish the next step is free. If technical assessment is needed, its scope and any fee are agreed before it begins.
From deliverables, constraints and the existing situation. You receive a written scope, price and expected timing, with any areas needing further examination identified.
The addition and its effect on cost, timing and scope are reviewed and agreed before implementation.
Systems and tools
Yes. Changes and takeovers start with understanding what exists and what can be accessed. A focused change, extension or operational fix may be suitable; assessment determines the approach.
Building, adapting and configuring are chosen according to use, maintenance and cost. Open-source projects may provide an appropriate foundation, with their components and licences identified.
Yes, to assist research, implementation and review, while responsibility for decisions and verification remains mine. Requests to introduce AI into a workflow are assessed for purpose, data and how results will be evaluated.
The scope can include Arabic and English, direction-aware layouts, text and number handling. Translation and interface changes are defined for the particular application.
No. Internal or private work may not be described publicly. The Work page contains examples of contributions that can be shown.
Ownership, handover and maintenance
Custom code developed specifically for your project transfers to you on full payment, with its source. Third-party and open-source components retain their original ownership and licence terms.
Yes, appropriate to the work: its structure, operation, updates, dependencies and what another person needs to maintain it.
The result is reviewed against the scope, and defects in the agreed work are corrected before closure. A new requirement is handled as a scope change.
No. The suitable environment is agreed for the project and may be with Paymentery or another provider.
Duration, coverage, response expectations and whether maintenance or development is included are specified. Continuous coverage or unlimited changes are not assumed.
Timing is planned and scheduled absences communicated. Existing cover arrangements are used for genuine interruptions according to the engagement, with response expectations defined for each service.
Through permissions appropriate to the task and accounts you can control and revoke. Do not send passwords or secret keys with your initial request.
Hosting, contact and payment
It can when specified. Frequency, retention and recovery arrangements are part of the agreement; a resource plan does not automatically include backups.
Its operation and changing data are reviewed, and the destination is checked before cutover. Any expected interruption is discussed first; zero downtime is not established without assessment.
Use the client portal, describing the issue and affected service. Response timing follows the service agreement.
Within one business day. This covers the first response to an enquiry, not incident-resolution times for existing services.
Yes. Work is delivered remotely, with requirements and feasibility reviewed before agreement.
Once the request is confirmed, the invoice and payment instructions are sent through an official channel. Bank account details are not published publicly.
