Websites and web applications
Business websites, stores and browser-based apps using WordPress, WooCommerce or custom development as appropriate.
Internal systems
Screens, records, access rules and workflows that help people complete their tasks. The rules and needs of each role are defined alongside the interface.
Development on open-source foundations
Assess what the foundation covers, then build the missing part or adapt what is there. Third-party components and their ownership boundaries are identified at handover.
Already have a system?
I examine the available code, data and environment before deciding what can be changed. A focused repair, an extension or replacement of one part may be appropriate. The interface alone does not settle that decision.
If documentation is missing or several developers have worked on the project, send what you have. An assessment establishes what can be understood and what else is needed.
Apps, bots and connected systems
iOS and Android apps, WhatsApp and Telegram bots, connected stores and CRMs, and automated workflows. Access, subscriptions and provider approvals are identified before implementation.
AI features can be assessed for suitable tasks, with data review, response testing and error handling. API availability does not make every integration possible, and platform approval is not assumed.
From requirement to handover
Define the use
Who uses the system, what do they need to do, and what result must be checked?
Examine and choose
Review the existing systems, data and constraints, then decide what to build and what to use as a foundation.
Agree and develop in stages
Set written deliverables, costs and timing, then build usable parts with review points and agreed changes.
Verify and deploy
Check the agreed workflows, especially access, permissions and data handling. Arrange deployment, recovery options and handover.
Source, documentation and support
Custom code developed for your project transfers to you on full payment, with its source and appropriate documentation. External components retain their own licences. Hosting and subsequent support are defined in the agreement.
Interface design and operational work can be included when they form part of the scope.

Explain what the system should do
Send its link if there is one, what needs adding or changing, and any relevant deadline. You do not need to choose a programming language first.
