Backup retention, restore requests and resource limits are defined when the service is confirmed. A domain allowance does not provide unlimited computing resources. The invoice states the total and any applicable taxes or charges before payment.
Moving a website or changing plans
If the website is elsewhere, migration requirements and any migration fee are established first. When more capacity is needed, the plan and environment are reassessed rather than assuming storage alone will solve the problem.

Does hosting include website changes?
Hosting provides the environment. Code repairs, new pages and features are separately scoped development work when required.
Are backups suitable for every workload?
Backup frequency and recovery arrangements depend on the agreement. If data changes frequently, mention that so the arrangement can be assessed.
Do I need a VPS?
That depends on application requirements, permissions and resources. These can be reviewed before purchase.
